“We had such a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Suites! From the moment we walked in, the experience was fantastic. We were greeted with the famous warm cookies and quick, friendly service right away, which immediately made us feel welcome. The customer service here is truly excellent. Kevin was especially kind and helpful whenever we needed anything, and the entire front desk staff was just as friendly and attentive. It’s always nice when a hotel team goes out of their way to make guests feel comfortable. The suites themselves were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. I mean very spacious! Having two separate rooms gave us so much room to relax and spread out, which made the stay even better. Everything was well kept and the space felt fresh and comfortable. Overall, this was a great experience. Between the amazing customer service, the warm welcome, and the roomy suites, I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!”

Both Patrick and Dani consistently greeted me each morning and made me feel valued as a guest. During my stay, I experienced an issue with the power in my room. Patrick was extremely accommodating, kept me informed throughout the process, and ensured that the situation was addressed promptly. His communication and attention to customer service were greatly appreciated. The following morning, Dani went out of her way to follow up and make sure everything had been resolved and that I was satisfied with the outcome. Her concern and attention to detail demonstrated a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Patrick and Dani both represent the hotel exceptionally well, and their professionalism, friendliness, and dedication made a positive impact on my stay. They are a tremendous asset to the team.”

“The hotel is great, but the service was even better! We were greeted with front desk associates that were super kind and attentive. We really enjoyed the wind down at the bar, Kevin was awesome. Such a personable person who actually loves people, which was so nice. The only advice would be to get some up ac near the bar as it was hot for me and my wife. We stayed for a few drinks, he made a great old fashion and my wife wouldn't stop talking about his lemon drops, but we eventually had to leave as she got warm due to her being in perimenopause and was warm there. 5 stars and will be back, Kevin made sure to make everyone feel so welcome.”

“The room AC was rather annoyingly noisy when lowering the room temp. I did not care for the body wash. It had a musty earthy smell. The best part of my stay were the hotel staff. I would return here because of their energy and hospitality. I want to personally recognize Danielle, Pricilla, and Patrick. Also the black female running the bar during the weekday. Your staff provided superb and professional customer service. They made me feel like family and made my two week stay feel like home.”
